Reversible Kimono Robe “ROSES IN THE MIST”

950,00 $

ROSES IN THE MIST is a reversible silk kimono robe whose beauty unfolds through nuance rather than vivid colour. Large roses emerge across a smoky-grey ground. Their petals and leaves almost merge with the fabric, becoming more distinct as the light changes — like a garden gradually appearing through morning mist.

The tonal pattern preserves the calm of a monochrome palette. Grey deepens into graphite within the folds and takes on a silvery-blue cast where the light touches it. Across the back, the roses unfold on a broad canvas; along the sleeves, their outlines shift with the movement of the silk.

The design shares an affinity with the Japanese aesthetic of yūgen: a sense of depth and beauty that is not immediately revealed. Flowers leave room for the spaces around them, while crystals complement rather than eclipse the silk. Sashiko detailing with faceted crystals traces the sleeve joins with a fine shimmer. Smoky, silver and pale champagne reflections recall dew resting on cool petals.

The solid silk reverse offers an even more understated option, drawing attention to drape, proportion and the fabric’s gentle sheen. Sized S–L, the relaxed maxi silhouette and wide sleeves leave room to move. A belt finished with silk tassels defines the waist and adds a flowing final detail.

Wear the robe with a white top and wide-leg denim, as shown in the photographs, or layer it over a simple slip dress. Both combinations allow the tonal roses and crystals to stand out quietly.
