Kimono robe “Saffron Wings”

Saffron Wings is a kimono robe where deep chocolate meets the sunlit warmth of saffron. Solid viscose and silk catch bronze reflections, framing airy chiffon. Wide sleeves open with each gesture like wings, echoing the print through the silhouette itself.

Imaginary birds with sweeping tails and finely drawn plumage glide across a golden-yellow ground. Chocolate lines, muted terracotta-pink and olive-grey accents intertwine with printed chains, pendants and strings of beads. The composition resembles precious adornments translated onto sheer silk.

The birds evoke a poetic connection with the Simurgh of Persian legend, a figure associated with wisdom and protection. Rather than a literal depiction, the print shares the spirit of stories in which flight becomes an expression of inner freedom.

Across the back, the pattern unfolds on a broad chiffon panel; at the front, long printed sections emerge between chocolate folds. A belt with brown tassels gently defines the waist.
