Reversible Robe “: Feathers of Dawn”

Feathers of Dawn is a reversible silk robe that captures a sense of lightness through vivid colour. Scarlet, sun-yellow, cobalt, sky-blue, green and wine-plum feathers scatter across an ivory ground of pure silk crepe. Fine shafts and painterly transitions of colour give each feather the character of a small illustration.

The feathers point in different directions, as though caught by a gentle breeze. Pale spaces between them keep the vibrant composition airy. Their colours evoke tales of wondrous birds from Eastern folklore — not a literal depiction, but a poetic suggestion of freedom and awakening.
