Reversible robe “Crimson Mirage”

100% silk. Reversible.

One side — an Eastern print, rich, generous, fluid. Pomegranates, peacocks, flowers — all that shimmers in the heated air before sunset.

The other side — bordeaux, dense as cherry syrup simmered for a shah’s daughters. And the sleeves — creamy, luminous, cool. They emerge against the bordeaux like a mirage — a vision you long to step into.

The sleeves are attached by hand. Technique — Sashiko. Thread — glass beads. Each stitch is a transparent spark, frozen along the seam. The cuffs, too, are edged in glass beads — catching light and holding it captive.

The belt — reversible silk. At its ends — multicoloured tassels. They tremble with every movement, like heat haze over a desert road.

This is a robe for a woman whose reality is always slightly more vivid than others’. She sees mirages — and makes them real.
