Robe “Nocturnal Garden “

There are gardens that bloom only in darkness. Their flowers never know daylight — they live in twilight, drink the moon, breathe stardust. This robe is from such a garden.

The deep violet background — rich, velvety, infinite. The color of night sky in the moment before the moon slips below the horizon. Across it bloom large-scale flowers — bold, generous, commanding. Not scattered in tiny patterns, but speaking in full voice. Against the dark ground, they seem to glow, as if holding all the radiance of the night.

Along the entire robe and the edges of the sleeves — thick lines of violet silk velvet. They do not merely frame — they create architecture. The velvet is dense, saturated, tangible. It contrasts with the smoothness of the main silk, adding volume, depth, tactile luxury. These lines guide the eye, emphasize the silhouette, make the robe sculptural.

The sleeves and cuffs are attached by hand — in the Sashiko technique, with tiny crystals. The crystals are not scattered across the surface but gathered along the seams, like precious embroidery, like stardust settling on the petals of night-blooming flowers. They shimmer softly, not competing with the velvet, but adding light to this deep violet night.

The belt — made of the same violet silk velvet. Wide, generous, luxurious. At its ends — tassels of silk threads, in the same deep violet. They fall softly, like night rain, like petals, like the final chord in this symphony of texture and color.
